About Us

  Sobakiri Hosonaga & Our humble ambitions.  

  A HINGAN EATERY   located by the Shirogane shores, Sobakiri Hosonaga is a family-owned soba restaurant run by two detectives and their close friends. Despite his buckwheat allergies, Chief Inspector Hosonaga inherited the restaurant from his parents to continue serving soba that heals or soothes any wandering souls. He wants to keep the sobakiri as a quiet place for people to escape to away from a noisy world, as well as a place that will give visitors the energy and strength to return to the noisy world.

  1. This is strictly a SFW venue. No inappropriate/explicit conversations are allowed in public.

  2. Absolutely no tolerance for bigotry, harassment, or drama.

  3. Be kind to the owners, staff, and other visitors. Respect everyone's boundaries.

  4. No service/refunds will be given to visitors who fail to follow the rules.

  5. Refusal to follow the rules will warrant in staff asking you to leave or kicking you out.
